Partner Agreement

By listing your property on Hospitality9ja, you agree to:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property information
  • Honor all confirmed bookings made through the platform
  • Maintain the quality standards described in your listing
  • Respond to guest inquiries within 24 hours
  • Accept the 10% platform commission on all bookings made through Hospitality9ja
  • Allow Hospitality9ja to conduct periodic quality verification visits
Earnings Structure: You keep 90% of every booking. We take 10% as our platform fee. Payments are processed weekly to your registered bank account.
