Partner Service Agreement

Version 2.1 — Effective January 2025

HOSPITALITY9JA PARTNER SERVICE AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between Hospitality9ja Limited ("Platform") and the undersigned Partner ("Partner"), collectively referred to as the "Parties".

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

The Platform agrees to list the Partner's property on the Hospitality9ja online marketplace, providing booking management, payment processing, customer support, and marketing services to facilitate guest bookings.

2. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

The Platform shall retain a commission of 10% (ten percent) of each confirmed booking amount. The Partner shall receive 90% (ninety percent) of the gross booking value within 7 working days of each guest's check-out date.

3. PARTNER OBLIGATIONS

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date listing information including photos, pricing, and amenities
  • Honor all confirmed bookings made through the platform without exception
  • Maintain the standards and quality described in the listing at all times
  • Respond to guest inquiries within 24 hours during business days
  • Provide accurate check-in/check-out procedures and information to guests
  • Notify the Platform immediately of any issues affecting guest stays
  • Allow Hospitality9ja to conduct periodic property verification visits
  • Comply with all applicable Nigerian hospitality laws and regulations

4. PLATFORM OBLIGATIONS

  • Process payments securely and remit Partner earnings promptly
  • Provide 24/7 customer support to guests during their stay
  • Market the Partner's property across digital channels
  • Provide the Partner with a real-time dashboard for bookings and earnings
  • Handle guest disputes fairly and transparently

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation policies are set by the Partner (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict) as configured in the listing. The Platform will enforce the selected policy and process refunds accordingly.

6. QUALITY STANDARDS

All partner properties must maintain a minimum guest rating of 3.5 stars. Properties falling below this threshold for three consecutive months may be temporarily removed from the platform pending improvement.

7. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or repeated guest complaints.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
