How do I make a booking?
Simply search for your destination, select your dates and number of guests, choose a property and room type, fill in your details and confirm. You'll receive an instant confirmation email and SMS.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money via Paystack and Flutterwave. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Can I cancel my booking?
Most properties offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. The specific cancellation policy is shown on each property page before you confirm your booking.
What does "Verified" mean?
Verified properties have been physically inspected by our team. We check cleanliness, facilities, amenities, and service standards before awarding the Verified badge.
How do I message a property directly?
On any property page, click the "Message Property" button. You can also message from your Guest Dashboard under the Messages section.
What is the 10% platform fee?
Hospitality9ja charges a 10% platform fee on bookings, which covers our services including marketing, payment processing, customer support, and fraud protection. This is clearly shown during checkout.
How do I become a property partner?
Click "List Property" in the navigation menu and complete our 5-step onboarding form. Our team will review your application within 48 hours.
What if I have a problem during my stay?

Are the reviews real?
Yes! We only allow reviews from guests who have completed a verified booking. All reviews are checked by our moderation team before publishing.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes! Simply enter the guest's name and contact details in the booking form. The booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.
